Finding a buyer for your French property

We take a proactive approach to selling your house in France. This will include regular email updates to our database of buyers as well as a more targeted property matching service. Our internet-based advertising is extensive and our properties feature on all of the main property portals, including Rightmove Overseas and French-Property.com.
We will handle all of the enquiries and liaise with you on viewings. We will also give you regular updates on how the property is performing and provide you with feedback from viewings.
Once a buyer has been identified, we will liaise with the Notaire, on an ongoing basis, as they carry out the formal administration of the sale. Our aim is to make the entire process as efficient and stress-free as possible.
